What they do

The Justice Restoration Foundation argues the system, not the verdict. It runs named campaigns on the federal criminal process: a Rule 15 campaign on depositions, federal expungement, restoration of Second Amendment rights after non-violent convictions, and Restore the Promise. It publishes research, including an economic impact study, and collects first-person accounts from people prosecuted federally, with a particular focus on healthcare-enforcement cases against medical professionals. Co-founded by Stephen Keller, author of Pay to Play.
